Structural Contractor has a need for a Layout Engineer (Surveyor) for major commercial projects.
\n \nThe person in this role must have the ability to accurately layout large commercial or light industrial projects. Previous experience as a field engineer (surveyor) working on commercial projects is required.
\n \nThis role requires travel in the Southeast. Out of town living expenses will be covered.
\n \nThis position requires previous commercial construction field engineering experience..
\n \nDuties include:
\nBoundary and topo surveys
\nGrade decks and set elevations
\nLayout for slabs and decks
\nSet controls on slabs and decks
\nConduct field layouts and all surveying activities
\nAssist in evaluation of dimension busts
\nAs built surveys
\nEvaluate other field problems as they arise
