Job Description
This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial machinery and building systems in a manufacturing environment. You will perform preventive maintenance on large industrial equipment and facility infrastructure, support production reliability, and ensure a safe, clean, and efficient operation across the entire site.

Work Environment
This role is based in a manufacturing facility that specializes in producing coated and adhesive materials used in products such as non-slip walkways, skateboard grip tape, and emergency exit signs. The primary production site is a high-volume operation where materials are mass-produced before being shipped to another location for order measurement and fulfillment. The facility has a noticeable chemical smell due to the adhesives and coatings used in the manufacturing process, and safety practices are emphasized to ensure a secure work setting. You will work within a very small maintenance team of two people, providing ample opportunity for mentorship and learning from a colleague with decades of experience. The schedule typically follows Monday through Friday afternoon to evening hours, with overtime as needed, and appropriate attire and grooming are expected in line with facilities policies.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $68000.00 - $77000.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
