Trillium Staffing is currently seeking 1st & 2nd shift Mechanical Assemblers for a Direct Hire opportunity with a leading manufacturer in the Sturgeon Bay area.
Responsibilities:
-Complete entry-level assembly work and prep parts, wires, hoses, and hydraulics
-Assist with building subassemblies for large equipment
-Support installation of engines, pumps, tires, conduit, and hydraulic systems
-Train alongside Mechanical Assemblers to develop mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic skills
-Lift, move, and stack completed subassemblies and parts
-Operate overhead and jib cranes to position materials
-Support additional duties as assigned

-1st Shift: Monday-Thursday | 6:00AM-3:00PM; Friday 6:00AM-12:00PM
-2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday | 2:30PM-1:00AM (3-Day Weekend)

-Willingness to learn blueprint reading
