Personal Injury Attorney (Austin, TX — Hybrid Eligible) Must be based in or near Austin, Texas Ramos James Law, PLLC is an award-winning plaintiff’s personal injury firm looking for a Texas-licensed attorney with 2+ years of personal injury experience who is ready to serve as lead counsel on a litigation docket. Who Thrives Here You will be a great fit if you: • Take full ownership of your cases and outcomes • Treat clients like family • Push cases forward with resourcefulness and urgency • Communicate openly and assume the best in teammates • Celebrate wins and understand that we rise together • Solve problems instead of admiring them • Are motivated by results—not busywork • Want meaningful responsibility, growth, and recognition Compensation • $125,000–$150,000 yearly compensation • Ceiling-free commissions • Profit sharing (after eligibility) • High performers have substantial earnings upside Benefits • Participation in the Group Health Insurance Plan • Hybrid work setup (after initial training) • Upside commission structure with major • 401(k) non-elective contribution (after eligibility) • Profit sharing (after eligibility) • Paid Time Off • Malpractice insurance • Bar dues covered • Trial Lawyer Association membership • Positive, collaborative, team-focused culture Responsibilities: What You’ll Do • Serve as lead counsel on your personal injury docket • Develop a case strategy with meaningful autonomy and team support • Conduct new client consultations with clarity and compassion • Move cases forward with urgency, ownership, and a results-driven mindset • Draft motions, pleadings, briefs, discovery, and correspondence • Argue motions and represent clients in court • Delegate effectively while retaining full responsibility for outcomes • Resolve settlements and verdicts, including liens and disbursements • Collaborate with teammates, share wins, and support others • Identify issues and implement solutions proactively Qualifications: Required • Based in or near Austin, TX • J.D. from an accredited law school • Active Texas Bar License • 2+ years of personal injury experience • Ability to manage a heavy, fast-moving caseload • Strong research, writing, communication, and courtroom skills • Proficiency with Dropbox, Slack, case management systems, and AI tools • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset • Team-first, humble, supportive approach • Commitment to compassionate and urgent client communication Preferred • Spanish speaker Compensation: $125,000 - $150,000 yearly
