The goal is to foster a safe, nurturing, and educational environment that enhances the quality of life for residents.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide direct care and supervision to residents, ensuring their safety and well-being.Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and household chores.Implement individualized care plans in collaboration with other team members.Engage residents in recreational activities and skill-building exercises to promote social interaction and independence.Monitor residents' physical and emotional health, reporting any significant changes to the supervisor.Maintain accurate documentation of daily activities, incidents, and observations in compliance with state regulations and agency policies.Participate in regular staff meetings, contributing insights related to residents' care and any operational challenges.Ensure compliance with all safety and health policies, including following infection control procedures.Support residents in accessing community resources and activities.Work EnvironmentThis position requires working in a residential environment, which may involve evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts.
