Tier 1 – Youth Care Worker (Entry Level)
Location: Youth Crisis Center – Casper, WY
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: 36 hours per week (3 x 12-hour shifts)

Position Summary
The Youth Care Worker provides direct supervision, daily support, and positive engagement for youth in our residential program. This entry-level role focuses on maintaining a safe, structured, and nurturing environment while building healthy, professional relationships with young people.

Qualifications
Required:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts
• Willingness to complete mandatory training
• Must meet child protection, background, and screening requirements
Preferred:
• Experience working with youth or in human services
